What is a "Boot Camp" & Who is
it for?
Our Dance BootCamps are FUN & intense dance workshops.
It is NOT a Jazzercise-aerobic work out class.
BUT you WILL work hard & burn calories!
Our DANCE "Boot Camp" is for any one who really wants to learn a
dance!
We work hard & try to show you the basics of a given dance in one day!
AND we show you the STYLE of that dance
along with MANY fun moves & GREAT Dance Skills
It's LOTS of fun & we work on your skills while you meet new friends.
In our " level 2 Boot Camps" AKA "Beginning & Advanced BootCamps
we spend a few hours on the basics & fun moves
& a few hours on intermediate to advanced moves.
Some BootCamps have different topics, Like "Turns & Spins",
"Time & Phrasing", & "Lead & Follow".
This is a GREAT way to fix some of your old habits & learn new skills!
